The other day my car was stocked at the parking and manage to reach the Autopro branch in discovery gardens with the help of their mechanic named JR. They are very helpful especially their manager who accommodate me on a very early bad situation. For a lady like me who knows how to drive only, its good to have a neighbor repair shop who can be count on in times like this. Kudos to the team! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Worst wash ever 15 minutes and they did all. Its better to wash your car by self instead of visit them.

I would like to give a 5 * to this place.First time when visited them I asked for assistance to check the issue with my engine oil dripping etcWithout any charge I got proper explanation and advice for the issue so I could follow up to get it serviced.2nd time I changed my oil there. Whatever was needed to replace they informed me and explained it again.I didn’t feel to be pushed or overcharged.3 rd time I changed my tyres there.Got great quotation for different models and decided to change it with them.Ladies on reception were all the time kind, friendly, professional and very honest.As a driver woman without experience with the cars I felt very comfortable there.Thank you

Been doing my service in the agency and first time i did with Autopro Discovery gardens since i moved in Furjan recently. Very slow and casual approach. Not enough manpower. I only had a puncture to be repaired, they told me i have to wait for 45 mins as there were couple of cars then under repair (one oil change and another tyre change). Knowing that the work would take approx 1/2 hr to 45 mins I decided to wait, but my wait was for 2 hours before my car was attended. Same as me, would have been the thought of the other two owners who had to wait for 2 hours for their oil change and tyre change ..!With this productivity, I would like to understand how do they manage to do the business ...

Car wash was not at all upto the mark!

I did my service in Autopro discovery gardens and i want to thank Mr Arnold for doing a fantastic job on my car. He is very professional and explained and showed to me all the spare parts that need to change soon. I will definitely recommend him and the branch to my friends.

Just came back extremely disappointed with the service, I had changed my brake pads around 9-10 months ago at Auto Pro Discovery Gardens and they are already in need to changing, I figured I might have driven a little more than I did last year as these brake pads ran out fast but fine, I passed by this evening to check my brake pads to order new ones, the shop was busy when their mechanic came by I explained I need to check my brake pads, he said I needed to wait 30 minutes approximately, which is understandable given they are busy, I told him I will go an come back, he informed me that I would have to wait all over again if I go and come back, I find this to be extremely disappointing, it feels like he wants to punish me for wanting to check my car with them and give them my business, I had to argue with him that what good is me having to wait in the queue again if I left, this would just put my life on hold instead of me going to finish something more useful while time passes by, he informed me, these are their rules, I feel that if truly these are the rules at AutoPro then that completely goes against the excellence that Dubai stands for, I feel like AutoPro needs to work towards meeting the expectations we all got used to in Dubai, I am all for the rules and abiding by them, but having to park my car and stay put doing absolutely nothing useful with my time to wait for a queue feels like a waste of time, I drove off disappointed but I recommend that AutoPro works towards figuring out a better queue system for their customers.The reason I gave a rating of 3 and not 5 is because although I was disappointed this time, the staff at AutoPro are usually very helpful and nice.

I had a service in Autopro, i would like to commend Mr Nelsan the chief mechanic there who was very helpful, i had this issue with my car for longtime and only him tried to fixed it. Only in Autopro street 6. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 for him and his team.

Autopro discovery gardens has the best service ever. They have amazing and professional with high skills in handling all kimd of issues in a car. I hve taken my car to them 4 times now and am happy with the service and is better than the service in car dealers or sharja workshops. My special thanks the staff there especially one philipino but i forgot his name 😅

I am regretting to give a one star just to be able to post the incident.i got my car radiator damaged there ,when i drove the car to there just to change the coolant !!!! after technician change the coolant he turned on the engine . while i was paying the invoice ,the radiator damaged, fan broken and coolant splashed down. technician there caused somehow fan break and penetrate the radiator. and Ive been told that my fan had old cracks and about to damage!!!!!! that doesnt make sense.i paid 160 dhs for the coolant ..ethically they shall not get payment for a useless coolant .i rented a car for one week .i paid about 4000 dhs for a new radiator ....
